Epil Pro treatments
Question:

Has anyone had Epil Pro for hair removal? Is it safe and is it painful? How much does it cost in comparison to laser treatment?I would be very grateful to hear from anyone who has had it or has any experience using it on clients.[sm=confused-smiley-012.gif]

Answers:

I'm currently having epil pro. Its costing me £12 for approx 15 -20 minutes. I'm having it because I have a lot of white hairs, which I understand can't be treated with laser treatments. Its Ok and I think it is getting better
Hope this helps

Be prepared for a long haul - it is effective but I am still getting treatment after almost two years. I started off going once a week and am now down to once every three weeks. Initially I was told it would take approximately 6 months however it depends how strong the hair follicles are.

Thanks Funnybunny and Chi for your replies.
I started LHE treatment on fair facial hair but it was SO painful and expensive that I thought it may be worth trying epilpro as an alternative. The LHE wasn't working anyway and a few treatments were being extended to probably 20 at £40 a time!I was also concerned that because I have fair skin the treatment was scaring my face. I will search some of the beautitians locally and see what they say.
