Blood Type Diet (sorry long post!)
Question:

Hi all,
I've been seeing a nutritionist since October last year as I have a goitre (swollen Thyroid) for which the Dr's are doing nothing about (after many tests) they are just going to check me one a year and make sure it's not changed. Anyway.... I've completely changed my diet as I use to eat really badly (2/3 take-aways a week, choc, crisps every day and no veges at dinner) I've now got a more balanced diet I still treat myself but not every day maybe once a week or once every other week. Before I didn't do any exercise (and I mean I would catch the bus to the station rather than walking the 10 minutes!) I now swim 2/3 a week and go kick boxing once a week. BUT I have only lost 4lb since October - I can't understand it! I've lost 4 inches round my waist and everyone else tells me I look like I've lost loads but the scales say otherwise.
To help me loose weight my nutritionist, yesterday, sugested that I go on the blood type diet. I THINK (but am going to find out tomorrow) I am type O so that's the plan she gave me.
Does anyone know anything about this diet? As it means cutting things out I'm not sure if it's bad for me?
Any comments would be appreciated :)
