Question:
My mom has just been diagnosed with a virus similar to Vertigo. She is so unwell and feels like death whenever it hits. The attacks can last up to a month and then go away again for 6 months and then they hit again. Can anyone recommend a crystal for her to use to ease the pain she is feeling, the dizziness, heaviness - I would really appreciate some advice.

Hi,
Try clear quartz or morganite. I also recall something about malachite for vertigo.....

I think I would go for something much gentler like Rose Quartz. Clear Quartz can intensify the feeling, especially points and wands and cut shapes if not used gently, so go for a ball or tumblestone if you decide to use it. Lapis Lazuli is another good one for vertigo and dizziness.

Does your mum experience any stiffness in the neck region linked with these episodes, a client of mine did suffer but has been clear for some time now , she always complained of neck tension and numbness in both front and back of neck.

Yes she does - although she has had neck and back problems for years so not sure if it is a combination of that. She has seen an eye, nose and throat specialist who immediately gave her some exercises to do to realign her balance. After a couple of days she is feeling much better compared to her first episode which lasted a month. She is in South Africa and wished that I was closer to give her a nice back massage - bless!

Thanks for the advice, my mom's favourite stone is Rose Quartz although she has all the stones mentioned so willlet her know however she just slips them into her bra for safekeeping - she is feeling much better already.
