Hi All
I missed last years enrollment for the reflexology so I aim tostudy itthis September. In preparation I have readsomebooks and info on here etc about reflexology and practice on my kids and hubby as much as possible :)
My question is - hubby suffers with severe gout and takes medication to keep it in check and I was wondering what the best reflexes were to concentrate on for this condition.

Gout is caused by a build up of uric acidnormally in the joints of the big toe. Working the kidneys (responsible for the production of uric acid) and adrenal gland will be helpful. Working the toe/toes affected will also help ~ breaking the the deposits of uric acid.

I would recommend plenty of Omega 3 as this has been known to reduce the level of inflammatory chemicals that are asssiciated with gout.
Also, plenty of Vitamin C has been known to help.
And I've been told Bilberry can help to reduce uric acid levels in the body:
