Question:
Hi
I was wondering if anyone uses a folding stool e.g. the Lafumastool that matches the reclining chair. Whatdo you think of this type of stoolandis it comfortable to sit on?

Hi,
I bought the folding chair when I got my Lafuma and it is the only part of the deal I am disappointed with! When ever I use mine at a clients I check and see if there is a better alternative there.
The benefits are that it is very light and portable and if you are doing a single treatment it is OK.
The cons - it isn't height adjustable, you have no back support at all and since it is fabric not a lot of support anywhere else!
If I was starting again I would buy a height adjustable stool with some padding rather than the one I have. Or possibly one of those folding camping chairs that has a back so I could put a rolled up towel or cushion behind me to support my back!
Having said that - it is a cheap option while you are building a client base but you need to ensure that you are not causing yourself any injuries as that will prevent you from working at all! I would suggest popping into one of those camping shops and sitting on one for 5 minutes to see if you feel comfortable!
