I would go for cooling Green Aventurine or perhaps something even gentler like a Green Chalcedony?
Miserable having chicken pox isn't it? Calamine lotion and don't scratch!!

its my little boy he's got it bad. I've got some blue lace agate in his room at the moment as that seemed a calming choice. Poor little mite is very miserable! xx
