I had pnd after my 2nd baby & didn't want to go down the road of taking pills but I didn't look into natural remedies so I can't offer any advice but I'm sure there will be someone else along soon who can
What I found helped me was acknowledging it & talking everything through with my health visitor who luckly for me was abosultly brilliant
