Question:
Hi Guys
I went on a two day Reiki 1 course a few weekends ago, and i'm doing the 21 day self healing treatment upon myself, and also practicing on my other half.
I have notice that over the last few days i have a few aches and pains and i've also now got a bladder infection.
Would this be coisidence or me going through my healing crisis?

Could be either to be honest. It may be your healing crisis or you could have picked up something.
I would suggest carrying on healing yourself through it and also seeing your Dr about the bladder infection. These things can turn nasty if not dealt with. One person I know, the infection spread to the kidney and she ended up in hospital seriously ill.

Congratulations on taking the next step on your Reiki path!. The aches and pains could be a release of some kind ( often referred to as 'Reiki flu'!) but best get the bladder infection looked at by your GP to be on the safe side.

Congratulations on taking your first steps into Reiki.
I agree with ReilkiDonna and ReikiAngel, the aches & pains etc could be symptoms of your body sloughing off lower vibrational frequencies as could the bladder infection but infections of any kind should be looked at by your GP to be on the safe side.
It sounds like you are doing the right things for your 21 day detox period.
My advice for what it is worth is:
[ul][*]Practice as much self healing on yourself as you can[*]Concentrate on a chakra a day - sending it healing & using crystals, colours or whatever you personally work with. You will be going through 3 x 7 days of "detox", one chakra a daystarting on the first day of your initiation at your base chakra and working up to your crown chakra then back to your base chakra etc.[*]Eat as cleanly and simply as you can. [/ul]
And enjoy the experience!
I know that's hard if you're feeling under the weather but each reiki level initiation is a unique experience and of them all I think Reiki 1 is the most amazing.
