Question:
It seems to me that EFT is very powerful and we should be careful with our choice of words when using it. I know of one instance in meridian therapy which a diabetic used the wrong words and made his condition worse.
So...borrowing benefits scares me...alot. But on the other hand everyone is singing its praises. Any thoughts on this?

I've not known anyone actually make their condition worse.
What does happen in some cases is that the person clears an aspect of the issue that is at the forefront of their mind and then this actually brings up a deeper aspect of the issue that was masked by the first. This aspect should then also be treated in it's own right.
It's just a case of recognising that it's not in fact the same aspect, which can be tricky depending on how well the client interacts or discusses things with you, and wether the first aspect (esp. in the case of physical issues) is similar to the next.
