Hi all.
What a fab site, just started the advanced holistic therapy course, I have to make a crystal consultation form does anybody know the contraindications to crystal therapy, and if anybody has any advice as to what I should put in the form - it would be very helpful.

Welcome to HP and the Crystal forum...
It's not easy for me to answer your question as I have very different idea's about what should and should not be done regarding the use of crystals, I'm not at all sure that there is any one set of contraindications to any one crystal...I firmly believe that provided that you have dowsed (to the highest good) for a particular crystal for the 'client' then that is the one that is needed for that person at that time...
However, I do think you should have a short medical history...Epilepsy is one of the conditions that although it is safe to use crystals, some energies will be far too strong...hence dowsing in the first place
I feel that like Reiki...the use of crystals have many myths associated with them and as such it begins to complicate matters...the use of energy healing should be simple and remain so
Not sure this helps with your question, and others may have a different train of thought to me and may be more helpful
