Problems grounding rooting please advise
Question:

I have been trying to find ways to gorund other than the tree roots method but, no such luck have looked over the net bought books but found nothing in them after reading them
can anyione advise i have had rieki attunements and feel dizzy but also had a inner ear problem with eustacian tube and still have avirus. I am quite opne to psirt too.
does anyoneknow anywhere i can find outabout grounding please?

Hi Lightfoot
I used to suffer a lot with being grounded, especially as I got more into energy work and meditation. I was given a brilliant grounding exercise by my meditation teachers which really works for me, and may help you. If you want to get hold of a grounding cd, you can buy it from
BAsically all you do is go through all of your 5 senses on the outside of you, and then on the inside of you. For example, feel whatever is supporting you at this moment, floor, chair etc, and the contact you have with it, feel any sensations on your skin, air. warmth, cold, clothing, tingling, I talkmy way through it -it helps), see whatever is around you, make sure you are blinking so you are seeing rather than just looking, smell any smells, taste whatever is there, listen to the sounds around you, touch something near you, or your own arm or hand, so that you really feel it. Try doing all these things together, then as you are doing this, do an internal scan, sensations in your body, 'see what is there, listen, touch, etc. As you practice this, it will come together quicker, so you will soon remember how to do the whole thing in a moment. By bringing you into the here and now, you become grounded. I repeat the internal and external scan a few times, until I realise I am well and truly here, and the floating/ dizzy feeling dissolves. I have used it for lots of events, fear, anxiety, interviews, when my clients are processing alot etc. Even when meditating, it increases the effects! The uses are vast andeffects immediate once you get the hang of it. I find being fully grounded keeps me authentic, feeling, and present.
