If anyone can offer some good post-operative suggestions for the surgeon to give me whilst on the table, to speed a swift healing after a shoulder operation, I would much appreciate any help !
I am particularly interested in what the best sequence of healing is, that the body would usually go through, so to specify certain things happen inbest order and speedily etc etc

It may well be that you have been doing everything you can and there may well be a good reason to have the op. However, just in case you are not aware of the alternatives, I'm going to put my advice in anyway. Have the long-term consequences been fully explained to you? Did you get a second and third opinion?
