Question:
My son has been watching Fat Nation on TV recently (personally I was a bit sceptical about the inpact this type of show might have on the general public). However, my son loves it (he is 13 & 1/2).
So much so, that he posted a new thread on the Playstation Forum (as you can guess he is into games) covering the topic of obesity and the above named programme!! (I must say it made me a proud parent!).
What's your view on the named show??

I did not see the show myself. but well done your son I hope it will have the same effect on others.
I feel sorry for children nowadays many of them start of on the wrong food by their parents. and when they are well into all the junk food and overweight it is so hard for them to get rid of the weight.
schools seem to be lacking also in the exersie type of sports they provide for children. and as it is not as safe for them to play ou as it was when I was a child they don't get to run off al the weight.
so again well done your son for feeling strong ennough to put his posting up.

Well I have read reviews slating it but the ones I have seen have been enjoyable, fun and informative. By keeping it light hearted and not heavy or preachy I think they've hit on a good formula.
