Hi All
Ive recently moved in with my fella and have become a junk food person. Before hand I was at the gym twice a week and mummy dearest always fed me veggies and stuff. Have now discovered that I dont actually have the time to cook real healthy meals as my working hours have increased and am usually too hungry to have the patience.
Any advice on how I can detox or get a little healthier without the mega time needed to cook?? Im back at the gym now but shockingly have no energy anymore.
Just need a little something to get me back on track??

Hi
Cook wholegrains in advance, two three days at a time. Keep in fridge. Reheat by steaming and or egg frying. Noodles (whole grain/egg) are very fast and fast. Get the Sharwoods ones ... or that style. Soak in boiling water in 3-5 mins. If yer fast you can do a stir fry in that time too.
Pasta ... buy pesto's ... cheeses .... stir fry veg ... BANG dinner in ten minutes. Make it up on the way home.
Buy a wok! Stir frying is THE fast food. Hot raw veg and what ever protein you want.
Wholegrains for energy all day. Stay away from hite breads and pasta's etc ... waste of space most times.
