{{{{{{{{Lightfoot}}}}}}} Sunburn is a right pain, I would use a really dense cold stone, something like a Heamatite which would work well to absorb the excess energy. Others like Green Aquamarine would help with any swelling and redness. But best would be a good after sun, aloe vera or calamine lotion work well too, but watch out for the crystals lol.

I take 3 spoonfuls a day of this..I also bought some acidophillosI am taking 2 a daybecause I was given anti biotics for a viral infection and ear ache my eustatacian tube became blocked...yet i went abroad yep I flew not very wise but, it was the first time for me...& didn't want to miss the scenery. [/align][/align]I have noticed some healing coming through from guides or Angels can't be sure. A lot of pastel colours...& feeling extremely tired & tingly.I don't feel afraid of what I am seeing just at peace. I am also seeing native American images....blue, red, yellow & black primary colours. I wish I understood what is going on...I am not sure if it's some kind of awakening ...but I wish someone could tell me because I feel a little out of my depth with it all.[/align][/align]I just decided to give myself a quick boost witha cup of coffee. Wow, that makes me think that you are in need of grounding and protection! Tell me more about this spirit you brought back? They can be very draining, virtually living off your lifeforce if you let them. The pyrite won't work like the heamatite, its not a good stone to handle or use on the skin so do be careful won't you?
Sounds like you need some help and fast, have you tried doing a med and centring yourself to see whats happeneing inside?
