Lightfoot,
You could try some larimar - good for the muscles and bones or malachite - good for pain. But the best crystal to use is the one you feel drawn to...:D

so much has been written about arthritis and complementary therapy. It is a something I am sure you will finda lot of advice about.
I can advise: black pepper, marjoram, ginger andjuniper essential oils. b.pepper, ginger, and marjoram are warming oils. also if you can find some birch oil, this is very good.
My herbalist-health sho sells some expensive cosmetics called "Dr. Swartz...", well I cannot remember the full name, but they are always white with a thein ornage line, it is made in Switzerland (they make cream, oil, lotion...) and is 100% natural. Well, one day I bought something called "birch oil", I think it may have been for sprains ans muscle ache, but I used it on sore joins because of the cold weather and it felt great.
I know that some herbs (for tea) are also good such as yarrow and devils'claw...also Flax oil (to drink) is improving the condition.
At last, I have read many times that arthritis can be linked to food intolerance, and the sufferers often have no idea of that and continue to suffer. the culprits usually are: citrus fruits (and vitamin C) (so try stopping fruit juice consuption, oranges and lemons for 2 weeks and see the effets), and maybe dairy and wheat.
About the crystals, since warming oils are good, then warming crystals should have a similar effect...so try:red jasper, carnelian, amber,or maybe amethyst? I find red jasper tobecome warm in the hand quite quickly, but Amber is a great sun "crystal" too (although it is a resin), and is recommended to keep your spirit up and seeing through problems.
chyrsocolla is meant to be very good for arthritic conditions, however as already said I would go with what you are drawn to..
