Does anyone know what a persistent, strong foot odour can be an indication of? Someone I practice on has this.

Hi Sandra,
It could be a few things first and foremost have you ruled out athletes foot this can be quite smelly.
If they don't have that then if could be either kidney or bowel problems, also if they have IBS this can sometimes cause the feet to be smelly as well.
