Question:
I'm a really negative thinker and spend 90 per cent of my day thinking that everything will go wrong and bad things will happen. I imagine road crashes when i'm driving, i imagine conversations with people ending up in arguaments and imagine exactly what i would say then find my self getting really angry and stressed out about things that havn't even happened.
If i have a real conversation with someone which i feel goes badly it runs round and round in my head, sometimes for days.
I desperately want to change the way i think about things and become a more positive person as this will also help me to become more confident, but don't know where to start.
How can i stop the negative 'self talk' in my head and be more postive about things?????
Imagine you have a dial in your mind that turns up and down the volume of your mind talk, then turn it down.
EFT is also great for dealing with negative emotions towards things we do.

You could also try Kinesiology to find out exactly what's behind your thought pattern and where it is stemming from (i.e. childhood, parents, syblings, past life, etc) , use some kinesiological techniques and be tested for which supportive flower essence/s you need to re-pattern the brain/your thought processes.
Good luck
Hi,
I think you could do with seeing a practitioner that can help you find the causes of this negativity, and then help you in your journey towards positivity.
Good Luck in your quest :)
