Hi everyone,
Has anyone had any experience using a Chi machine? I saw an advertfor them in the AOR Reflexions magazine and it sounds really interesting. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if they are any good before i decide to buy one?

Two of my clients invested in the machines some while ago, having been told that it helps reduce lymphoedema. It didn't. However, they both felt that the machines helped them to relax, but they stopped using them on a regular basis, which I think is the general advice, and no longeruse them at all.
Ask if you can have one on approval for a few weeks, use it and see how you feel, rather than invest money only to have it end up in the back of a cupboard gathering dust!
