EFT Books?
Question:

Are there any EFT books that focus on allergies?

I need to get my perfume/fragrance allergy sorted and I am fairly sure that it is a long standing self induced problem, to protect myself from certain people which I no longer need to fear.

I found out about EFT a few months ago and downloaded the free starter book and I get the Gary Craig newsletter. It has helped me with lots of things including my dog's fear of fireworks, on New Years Eve she just looked up during the very loud bangs with a puzzled expression, instead of dashing around in a very agitated state. I generally feel a lot better and more hopeful but so far I have not been able to do anything with the perfume problem.

I know that there are a lot of very good EFT people around that could help but I am in a catch 22 situation ATM, since splitting from my husband last year, money is tight to say the least. Getting a job that does not involve me coming into contact with perfume/fragrance is proving impossible. I cannot stay in the same room with someone who has used Head & Shoulders, washed their clothes in ariel or bold or used fabric conditioner etc let alone perfume itself. Even purchasing the EFT DVDs or videos is beyond my budget at this time but I can just about manage to buy a book!

Any help, advice or suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks

Angie

Blimey - you do sound as though you need help in today's overperfumed society. I'm really sorry that I don't know of a speciific book, but I wonder if you could approach the problem through your first experiences of sensitivity.
One of my clients' problems with this type of problem started when she was sick on herself in the night and we figured it was caused by a problem of being overwhelmed by her senses.Tapping on aspects of the incident helped her.
Has anything similar happened to you?

Hi Sharon

Increasingly people find the need to cover all the strong fragrances on them with even stronger perfume!

Having thought about what you said, the first smells that I became aware of that caused problems were spices, followed by essential oils, although I don't recall any very traumatic incidents involving them. Perhaps if I try to work through them one by one it may shove over that elusive tree that is supposed to take the whole forest out!

Thanks very much for your ideas.

Angie
