well after my post on doubting myself i have been enjoying treating myself with reiki. today as i was on my heart chakra i went really cold and my head went muzzy. coould anyone tell me what this means thanks

I'd be surprised if anyone can give you a definitive answer to that. :D
As you know, we each experience Reiki differently when giving and receiving, and each time is different.
What does your intuition tell you it means to you? Is there a connection between your heart and head and something that's going on in your life at the minute? That could be the key.
It could be an indication of an energyblockage, something that perhaps needs a little more work to clear, or it could be that it was an indication that an energy blockage was clearing. You will be the best person to determine what it means.
