Question:
I'm feeling a slight pain mid hands. Getting a bit concerned as when it does happen I notice its generally holding man made objects.
Any clues? Is it a sign of anything?
I completed level 1 back in June Reiking only familly members and so I shouldn't be still clearing out....

I am surew this is nothing to be woried about, however it is a good thing to get it checked out by a doctor just to make sure.
I get paoin in my hands when PAdro Pieo works through me or is wantign to get intouch with ne ( spirit guide) he had stigmata in his hands, However before I found out that he was one of my guides my hands alwayse burned up and became tingly.
When I am out shopping I am careful with plasic bags cos they realy hurt then .(touch wood not for soem time though)

I kept feeling a magnetic twirling sensation in my palms from the Level 2 attunement which only stopped when I got my Masters a few years later, so don't worry.
