Hi, ive recently picked up some aqaumarine tumbles, and in a book it said to put it in water and let it sit in the full moonlight for 3 hours, then drink. Does anyone know what this does? Does it purify the stone, or increase the stones energy? It is near full moon tonight, I definatly feel its a good time to let go, and start anew.

Tonight does sound like a good time for it especially as the Moon is meant to be the brightest tonight than it has been for the last 20 years!
I would say that it does both - cleanses & charges the stone.But then saying that, I would personally cleanse with pure water/saltwater & then put them in the moonlight to charge. I'm not quite sure why though! I'm sure there's some method to my madness even if I don't know it myself *LOL*
I will definately be putting all of my crystals in the moonlight tonight, - I just hope it's not cloudy!

If the book is asking you to drink the water, it sounds as thoughyou are making an elixir from the aquamarine tumbled stones. There are certain stones that you should not make elixirs from as the water can become toxic, malachite for example. Please check that the aquamarine elixir will be safe to drink!
