Electric Couches - Help Please
Question:

Hello - :D
I'm hoping someone might be able to help me please:)
The clinic where I work have said they will get an electric couch, probably because I've been a good girl Santa[8D](& who said nagging and constant whining doesn't work!!!;))
Here's the rub though - because of space restrictions they want one that can be folded somehow either vertical or flat - not sure if that is at all possible with wiring etc - but if anyone can suggest one I'd be eternally grateful.

Hi FunnybunnyA three section couch will become more compact as the two end sections will fold in but you still have the size of the floor supports to take into consideration, you can get the chairs that open into a couch, more of a beauty couch though and not sure if it would take heavy manual work on it?

Before I bought my couch I went to Darley to have a look at what was on offer. The one I chose (a three section, electric) does not fold, but it does lower to about 18" - it still wouldn't 'hide' anywhere!!! I don't think any of the ones I saw would disappear to nothing! Not the electricones anyway, and possible the pneumatic ones have too much paraphernaliaunderneath to be able to fold them. Paul has good advice, about going for one that effectively turns itself into a chair -might be an option, then there is no support platform underneath that people might trip over.
