Hi all
I am very much interested in Joining Ti Chi or Quigong. However I am not sure if there is any where near me that does it, or even yoga
Can anyone find out if ther is, around the Durham area, the Libray has not helped much

There is a Tai Chi class in Whitley Bay/Wallsend - now I know that's a long way from Durham!!!:D, but I have the details of the teacher in front of me - he may know of somewhere closer to you - alternatively there is a website. PM me if you want to know more

Now Walls End is a bit far from me, but Sedgfield is not, so I have contacted the person via email
