Just out of curiousity how many of you here have actually felt, seen or heard their animal totem/guide/helper not talking about visualisations, meditations as such i mean to actually experience it?
or am i on my own here in having this experience?[/b][/size]

Well I have mostly seen mine in meditations or felt them . One i recently saw in a relaxed state but still within my minds eye. I do how ever have a friend that has seen & spoken with a challanger Totem while in an awake state.
Yes have seen my protector Wolf wrap himself around my legs usually to warn me, first happened at a party when there was a guy sitting either side of me, both called Tony funny that. Haven't seen him for awhile though which means I must be staying out of trouble ! big smiles
