A good Tai Chi video - such a thing?
Question:

Is there such a thing as a good Tai Chi video which can help someone who learnt the whole form, twisted her knee doing the 360 degree turn and hasn't been back in about 3 years? :)
I feel my body remembers the moves but can't always come up with the connecting movements. I wil try to go along to a class again but a good video might be handy too, to refresh.
Oh - I learnt Yang Style Short Form.

Sure a good video can be helpful and there are many out there. Here are some. Be careful with the spin, it can be stepped too!

Thanks, jbarry - I'll consider them. Yeah, I know the spin can be stepped, but I never got the hang of that - hence the twisted knee! However, this time I will be more patient...

I've just started practicing Tai Chi (Taoist Tai Chi style). Neither the Great british arm nor the International arm seem to have copies of Accompanying DVDs easily accessible. Does anyone have any ideas? Or if not DVDs, books to support the moves?
Please feel free to PM/MSN/Yahoo/E-mail me!
Thanks

Its a rare Tai Chi style, try earthworks.com or chinafrominside.com by Jared.

This Yang video sounds interesting in that it includes more than the form in the same video. Let me know if anyone has seen it.
