Collect Questions

Yesterday during meditation a large dark bird flew down to my right shoulder, which was lovely :) but i didnt know what type of bird it was, then last night i had a dream involving several things from my past and present, involving my father who is in spirit and my dog who is with me now who was very ill last night, during the dream i again saw a large black bird who swooped down and up again right in front of me as i was running towards my father, i am sure it was a Raven, Anyone have anything on Raven, i did a search on here but nothing came up so i guess this is a new one for the shamanism forum :D

Hi M, Please can you explain to me what you mean by it's just that i have seen loads of animals and birds in the past but never really know how to work with them, all i do is see them occasionally. Thanks.
How should one work with an animal or bird?

Usually when an animal comes into my life I will meditate on its meaning to see what teachings it is offering me, I will then see where in my life those teachings are for and then incorporate or try to the teachings into that area. It can be hard but it is well worth the effort and youc an get so much outta the experience,
