Other uses for Crystals
Question:

Hi all, i was just taking my morning sea salt bath , and i started wondering if anyone here had used crystals in there baths or put them into water when you drink it, being carefull not to swallow them of course lol, i was reading my crystal book the other day and it was saying that you could do this, but i have never tried it, i suppose to you would have to be carefull in what crysatls you use as some could be toxic.

hi there Caroline
Yep I use crystals time to time in the bath, A few large tumble stones I have and I play with them, also bond with them. Its rather relaxing too
I have not stareted upon elixers yet, though I am thinking about it

When making elixirs you need to be careful as some crystals are toxic when immersed in water. As a general rule crystals ending in 'ite' should not be immersed in water. A way around this is to put the crystal in a small cup or container, then place the cup or container into the water, the energy of the crystal will still be present in the water.
If in doubt, use the above method and you'll be fine. It is also good to use a fine muslin cloth to pass the water through before bottling, to get rid of any particles that you don't want to ingest.
