Increase metabolism with EFT
Question:

Hi
I remember getting an email from Gary's newsletter, which had a link about how to increase your metabolism rate. I foolishly deleted it! Does anyone have this link?
Thanks

I was taught how to use EFT to increase your metabolism on the advanced course I did with Tania Prince www.nlp-hpnotherapy.com
and the results were amazing!
We were shown, as a class, how to do this at the end of a weekend of very intensive learning. We were all very tired and lethargic, and personally I had a 5 hour train journey ahead of me to return home. However when we had finished, we were all full of energy and I stayed alert throughout my journey home, got home at 10pm, chatted to my husband about my weekend and then slept soundly, awaking with lots of energy the next morning!
I show all of my weightloss clients how to tap on their metabolism, and have also used EFT with a client for an overactive thyroid, which responded well.
The way I apply it is like this:
Ask client to tune in to their metabolic rate, and if 100 is the optimum level take an intuitive guess as to what level it is at now.
Then get them to tap a full round on "Even though my metabolism is only running at xx, I deeply and completely accept myself" with reminder phrases such as "my metabolism is too slow", "it should be running faster"
Once completed, as them to tune in to the level again and give a number out of 100.
Keep going with more rounds until it is as near 100 as possible.
With clients who have an overactive thyroid, they usually start with a figure over 100 and then we are trying to bring it down to as near 100 as possible.
Have fun with it!
