What are the general feelings/views about past Life regression? I have been interested in the subject for a while now but do not know if I have the courage to give it a go...
Quite a simple process that gives you an insight into some of the things that may have happened for you in your past.
Very relaxing hypnotic trance, rather like daydreaming, helps you to go back as far as you want to.
Any good hypnotherapist will be able to guide you and answer any questions that you may have.
Some people have a fear that they are under the control of the hypnotist, but it is really rather different to that. Your subconscious mind is always in control of your welfare and will only accept things that you want to happen. So if you only want to relax and sleep, then thats all that will happen.
