Question:
Hi there dear friends, does anyone know if there is a crystal for patience, as i keep being told this lol, and i am finding it extreamly difficult to understand exactly how to be patient, maybe a crystal would help. :eek:

Two stones spring to mind for you, one is the beautiful watermelon tourmaline, with a beautiful cool green outside and warm sensitive pink inside. It would help with patience and growth and be a gentle tonic showing you the inside as well as the outside. Or another is the almighty obsidian! Obsidian can help with patience problems because itself was brought to living by cooling soo quickly no crystal could form from around the molten lava flows, ideally silver sheen obsidian because this wonderful tool has tiny bubbles encased inside its heart that can be explored and share wisdom and patience and lessons about growth and determination. Use Obsidian carefully though its a might powerful stone and can really bring about changes. Ideally try working with the gentler Andean Obsidians from Peru rather than the powerful Mexicans, but either will help I feel
