Hi there,
Last night while I was chatting to my sister she said that "Dog Oil" was very good for massage. I have never heard of this product.
Can someone please explain what it is and what are it's benefits ?

I wouldnt say it was any better than any other premade massage blend but I havent tried it so I could be wrong..
Dog Oil is an odourless massage oil of blended from vegetable and mineral oil, Originally made by "Owd Bob" of Dukinfield in the 1920's for massaging racing dogs.
there is some indication on the internet that it may be useful for rheumatic conditions, however cant comment on this and dont have a list of ingredients so couldnt even make an educated guess!

Dog Oil............... I have heard of this and a friend ofmine uses it on her back and hips when she's in pain, she just rubs it on night and morning and within 2-3 days she's able to carry on as normal again.
You can buy it in Holland & Barrat (health food shop)
