Question:
Hi guys
I was recently offered and accepted a Kundalini attunement from one of our HP members.
Well I have now picked up all 3 attunements....I had already been attuned to K1 a couple of years ago but never used it, so I decided to pick up all 3 attunements seperatly.
I requested each of my attunements when I went to bed as my mind was too 'busy' to quiten in any way during the day...K1 came & went, K2 had a healing crisis but that coincided with something else in my life that was hard to deal with and I needed help/guidance to sort that one out, I requested K3 last night & so far so good, on all occasions I had a wonderful nights sleep.
I have followed the advise in the manual regrading Kundalini Reiki Meditations and finding out how easy a modality this K.Reiki is, but I don't actually feel the energies the way I expected too, guess that may be the problem...I should not have expected anything, then I would not have been dissappointed so to speak[&:]
I will work with K3 for a while and moniter what, if anything as such changes.
From reading the manual I assume I could if I wish now give Crystalline Reiki, DNA Reiki and so on, I find this difficult to comprehend as I have no real knowledge or understanding of either of these or the other commodities as suggested, do I need to have this knowledge or is this particular Reiki channelled through me regardless?
I would welcome some further insight into Kundalini Reiki from all you KR people out there.

:)I find this subject SO interesting. Im becoming more and more interested in K reiki. Sorry to but in on your post. I cant comment on Kundalini as Ive never experienced it yet.

Dear Stormdeva,
you may expect many perceivable effects from this modality and although many people report feeling them straight away it does not mean that your version i wrong..everyone is different.
I do not know who hs attuned you to this modality but I am sure that they can help you with your questions.
I also have worked a lot with kundalini reiki and love it, if I can help at all I certainly will, you are welcome to contact me reagarding any questions...I will be pleased to help if I can.
As far as those other aspects of it are concerned, yes, they will work upon your intention to chanel the energy for those various purposes, regardless of your understanding of them.
I supose as with anything to do with reiki there is not the hard scinetific proof or evidence behind any of it as such but we know it works because of what we feel and understand from it.
Kundalini like all reiki works on intent, however, with kundalini your intent is your only key perhaps to the energy, there are no symbols to tap into things with, nothing in particular to say or do apart from ask for the kundalini to flow.

I've been feeling the same way stormdeva, thanks for bringing it up - I am going to be receiving my first attunement 2moro and I was wondering about the whole DNA reiki and Crystalline reiki too. I have heard about it before, but not in detail.

I was a bit confused reading the website I found that offered the free attunements (I assume its the same one you found, a guy called Stefan?) as it said that Kundalini Reiki comes up from the earth and as far as I know usui reiki comes down through the crown chakra. How do they work together then? Do you channel them seperately? I have a strange vision of them crashing into each other somewhere around the solar plexus!!! [sm=speechless-smiley-008.gif]Or am I being too technical?
Yes, stormdeva and floffle, it is the distance attunement with stephen. I will let you know how it goes - I am having the full 9 starting from 2moro 3 days apart. So i will be finished in August. I will let you know how it goes and how the energy feels to me etc. I'm not sure whether I will go through as much of a healing crisis as I did with Usui (took a long time), I am not really expecting anything - just curious on how it will go.
I had a little tester with the Kundalini reiki a few days ago - Just with my Usui reiki self treatment, halfway through I thought of Kundalini Reiki coming from the root chakra a bit like Spinal music did in the previous thread, I felt a change of energies and quick as it came (about 5 minutes) it went and my usui reiki came back. There was no clash -although the Kundalini was different it was easier to feel, I thought than Usui - but we shall soon see how this compares to the Kundalini attunement - I shall receive the 2nd Kundalini treatment on Friday - so that should be when I feel the real difference.;)
It is not recommended that you do feel Kundalini energy this way(without an attunement) - it is, as they have said in a previous thread, safer to get all the chakras cleared during the attunement, but since I am getting the attunement soon I thought I would just see how it 'feels' so to speak. Can't wait till tomorrow tho :D

Kundalini Reiki I suppose variety is the spice of life.
I can only translate my perception of both seperately and then
combine to answer a little.
A wheel movement through a reiki session that balances all chakra's
is one point of the kundalini the other is the shift in beliefs from the healing IE that WILL change my outlook on life and this will move my life in a positive direction. The last but certainly not the least is the timing of the previous two.
I hope I haven't confused you, as I know nothing about the Kundalini Reiki, but have experienced a kundalini rising and had reiki after.
As you say we are all learning and if I am well of track let me know.

Just a little puzzled tho, do people get healing crisis before attunement because all day I was crying and then I read this
which had me crying even more and has completely changed my outlook on life now, I think this has definitely had something to do with the Kundalini Reiki attunement because they always seem to coincide with complete life changes for me.
Will let you know more about how the attunement goes on Friday.

Well how are you feeling now...I'm not sure about the 'healing crisis' before attunement or after for that matter, I didn't get one (but then I didn't want one) having said that..maybe I did have a healing crises...well that's what it says in my first post...my how quicky 'we' forget;) although it has been suggested to me that I may have had some kind of 'detox' because of something that happened hours after my attunement[&:]
Also I have to say, that I have felt very little difference since being attuned to this energy...with the exception that I seem to 'respond' to things in a much calmer way than before...certain things have happened in the last few days that I would have probably had an angry outburst at...but, if I'm too be honest ~ I'm totally calm and indifferent to them...yes I still wanted answers ... but if I had been any calmer I would have been horizontal[:-]
This is definatly an energy of which I have much to learn...
