Hi - Does anyone know much about grapefruits? - I once read that they are one of the most calming fruits for the digestive system but have also read that they should be avoided for anyone taking medication as grapefruits can interfere with medication - anyone shed any light on this?

Hi their dont take grapefruit juice or eat them if on heart tablets interferes with medication. love oggs.
