Bodyclock sell electro-acupuncture pens. They can locate the points themselves (sort of!) and it is best to use these machines on and near the area of pain, so it may not be necessary to have a specific acupuncture point location book.
If you do want to have a book as well (and why wouldn't you ;)), then you can't go wrong with Deadman's Manual of Acupuncture available from the JCM bookshop.

I have the Healthpoint which was developed by Julian Kenyon - it comes with a useful illustrated guide of appropriate points for a wide range of conditions. Pleanty of sites if you do a google on Healthpoint, but if you are stuck let me know what you need.
