Question:
I've just arranged a swap with one of my Pilates clients, who's an artist. She paints in oils, and the paintings are large - so we've agreed on 25 Reiki sessions for a canvas, which will be of a flower. I've got to take some photos of plants in my garden, and we'll take it from there.
I might do some EFT with her as well - she has shoulder and neck tension which happened after a bike ride, when she was very stressed. It's going to be interesting to treat her. I've already got a tally going, and I'm allowing the cost of her next course of Pilates sessions against my painting.
Anyone else done or doing something in this line?

I did a painting of an eagle for my 2nd degree... it turned out to be my first spirit painting, to our surprise! My teacher has gotten people to paint her house, tile her kitchen, do the garden... she lives alone and doesn't have a lot of money, so it works out well for her.

What an excellent idea Sharon, I often think it would be much better to do swaps instead of dealing in money, like a credit system. Perhaps we could start a swaps on this forum!

I have a regular swap with my reflexology. She gives me reflexology, I give her Reiki - it works a treat! :)
I did a Reiki swop many moons ago...when this guy changed the flat tyre of my car...and I gave him some Reiki to help his poor back:)

As for the piccie, Sharon, I have a digital camera if you are unable to get a pic online.
Nothing doing: I've asked them, Darren - it's a 100,000 Reiki sessions for that one.
My camera should be arriving back home with my son (flying in on Monday) always supposing he hasn't lost it. It's not that - it's putting the thing on Hp - but Amber has recently put up some instructions on another thread.

I think it's an excellent idea having therapy swaps. I did suggest it to someone I found out who had just qualified in sports therapy and she said she was setting up a business down the road from me so I could just pop in. She then told me she had found a sports therapist that she used regularly. I'm wondering if the swap here is for money?! [&o] I might be wrong, but I don't think so.
I'd love to see a photo of the picture too, and if I can follow the instructions of putting a picture on here, anyone can! Go for it.:)

I'm trying to post a picture up here - but the bit that says "embed picture" has disappeared from teh bottom of the box, so i don't klnow if it will work. It's in the "post" ok but not in the "preview"
