Hi All,
I must say I have been away this past (long) weekend at Centre Parcs and treated myself to a few hours in the Aqua Sana and most wonderful Elemis Massage, I had my feet scrubbed a massage and a facial all in one and must say its about time we all treat ourselves more often, I am now going to try to fit in a massage swap with another therapist friend as often as possible and thought I would spur other therapists on to do the same.
