Question:
Lately I have been studying journeying. I understand you can do mddle, lower and upper world journey meditations. I was successful with middle-world journey meditations on a couple of occasions. I would like to try lower/underworld journeying and meet some of my ancestors. I understand you need to enter through a hole and travel down into the earth. Does anyone have any advice or more information?

Hi Lexi, it's my understanding of the process that you focus your intent and look for an entrance - could be a hole in the ground, a door in a tree... anything. Going past the entrance should take you downward - via stairs, a tunnel, that sort of thing.
My own lower world journeys usually have me emerging into a cave or system of caves below ground, where ancestors wait to greet me.
