Question:
Just wanted to share. My 21 day cleansing period is up tomorrow, its also my 5th wedding anniversary.
I can honestley say that apart from the 1st few days, ive felt wonderful. A much happier, more patient and loving person has emerged. I love it and hope I just get better and better.

Congratulations on your Anniversary - and welcome to the world of Reiki.
You can start to strengthen your Reiki by practising with it - allowing it to flow through you and getting a feel for it. There are some specific exercises used for this, one of them being Hatsu Rei Ho, whch was used by Dr Usui's students. If you are interested & wish to know more feel free to PM Me

I'm not sure what you consider to be the significance of the end of 21days since your attunement, but please don't be taken in by the myth that you should only carry out self-healing for 21 days and then that's it. The 21 days comes from the time that Dr Usui spent up the mountain in search of enlightenment. Self-healing is something that is a continuous part of our Reiki Journey. Please remember to continue self-healing.
