I am very tempted to do this course which is being held in London in November. Its a one day course. Has anyone done a course with the Sandra Day School? Has anyone done this course? If so, please advise. I would also like to find out which insurance company would insure you for this. I know the FHT wont. If I cannot get the insurance, then it would be a waste of time.

Unless you already have some good knowledge of acupuncture points, I do not believe that in one day you can learn enough to be effective/safe with moxa.
As for insurance, ask the course orgnisers and then double check with the insurance! The answer may depend on what qulification(s) you already have.
