The Following Is a Message From the Hopi Elders (4/15/05). It is important that although the prophecy is grim, a vision is held, too, for "The men with ambitious minds will decrease, while the people of good hearts, who live in harmony with the earth, will increase until the earth is rid of evil. If the Hopi are right this will be accomplished and the earth will bloom again. The spiritual door is open, why not join the righteous people?"
In Tsalagi (Cherokee) way, it is said that now is the time for the People, their descendents, to gather in Traditional way: du yu ka du a tli gi lo ga (true time it is approaching). For all the people, we are all one Tribe, the five-fingered Tribe, it is time to hear our hearts and walk the path of Spirit.

Hopi Ark of Prophecies
Perhaps there is still time for this land to live under the laws of the Great Spirit and our Great Creator (God). These are the things we pray for and desire. We are very sad for our life of today, it is heading down the direction persons of modern authority have created for us, the tide is gathering and the high tide which sweeps us away may not be far off. We wish to present here the Hopi Spiritual Truths in our humble Hopi Way passed on from the Dawn of time from father to son, mother to daughter, Priest to Priest, Holy Ones to Holy Ones who have spoken in these truths from the beginnings.
The Old Ones tell us the best things in life can not be shared, only be experienced, the second and third best can be shown and realized. The fourth is our verbal communication. So here we stand with the humble and lowly fifth way of communication of the Truth of the Hopi Spiritual Elders, we hope it inspires you to learn something of the first 4 ways.
The prophecies that follow are organized into a time sequence, and into three categories:
Those that have been fulfilled
Those in the process of being fulfilled
Those yet to be fulfilled
We will put these together with the signs the Hopis watch for that tell them when something important is about to happen.

Prophecies Already Fulfilled
So it was predicted by the prophets of this land of the free: That one day we would encounter the presence of people of other races with ways different form our own. They would erect their own kingdom upon our land, they will pose as good hearted. Their words will be charming and they will multiply like ants. We must not be deceived by them for the vines of their kingdom will spread throughout the land diluting and devouring everything that gets in its way. We must be cautions and not covet or adopt any of their ways, for it will forever be a curse upon our Nation.
The beginning of the new age of the prophecies of tomorrow have begun to unfold before our eyes. It was said, Bahanna and the people with the Cross will appear on our land. They will be kind and helpful with good hearts. Beware, for they will be the instruments of the Bahanna's kingdom who will seduce you into forsaking the laws of our Great Creator (God). The wicked of our people will join their flock to clear their sins, but it will be in vain.
The new government order will be established on our land, our own people with short hair will take positions in this government disguised as the ear and mouth for our Nation. They will also be the tools influenced by the Bahanna's kingdom. They will, together with the Cross, help fulfill the desire of the Bahanna to take over our land by diluting and dissolving our beliefs and traditional culture. The Hopiland will be their last target, the test of survival for the Natives of this land is staged in HOPILAND. If we weaken and fall, the extermination will be completed by the Bahanna's kingdom.

Thanks for putting this up Rosi, I read this (if not exact then so similar it is almost exactly the same) while I was in Arizona the past three weeks (just returned) and I met with Hopis and Navajos and Zunis. One lady, a shopowner in Flagstaff, called (English) Marie (Navajo) Gentle Dove - was the perfect lady to speak to about this, and she told me of many ancient and modern wisdom's of the Native Americans. I felt very privileged. She also told me that the Senate was now and hae been for a long time, taking these prophesies seriously.

Thankyou Rosi for sharing...I too have read Hopi prophesies and also was sent a book from America by a man who wrote all about the Hopi and the Egyptian and his theorys on the missing piece of stone belonging to the Hopi, and creation myths. He live with the Hopi for years. Very intresting book, I dont know if it was published..........will have to find out.

This is really interesting to read Rosi, thanks. I feel the linking they are doing in the article with the Navajo is interesting and very worthwhile. I know they are seperate tribes and need to keep their identity but it makes sense to develop 'a network of friends with similar values' also.
The book you talk about Lightwinds, it would be a wonderful read if it has been published. Interestingly, I have been reading about Eygptians, Mayans and SW native tribes recently. I wonder if there are similarities in some of the values/beliefs/practises.

Another new friend, Grace Yellowmexican, a Dine Navajo, told me that they frequenlty have 'all tribes' conferences where such things are discussed and confirmed.

You may already know the Tribes are having a huge 'Water is Life' campaign in the States, mainly in the dry States like Arizona, which suffers drought. The Zunis are wearing yellow T shirts with a Zuni philosophical saying on the back asking us to nuture and respect water - as it is Life.
From what I can gather, many tribes are having a powerful effect on the way everyone thinks. They manage to do it so quietly though. And a little bit at a distance, as though they are not really a part of the modern world.
