Laser wands
Question:

Hello everyone,
I was hoping someone could give me some advice on how to use laser wands. I bought one the other day and was reallty pleased with the help i was given in the shop I got it from. However, when I got home and read up on it and looked on the internet I got quiet scared about using it. Seems to me you have got to know alot about crystals and be an advanced healer - which I am not. I have never been frighted about using crystals but feel abit weary about this one.
Many thank, Wendyxxx

Hi Samuri
I think the hype of the Laser wand is to make someone very aware of what they are doing with it, not to scare them...however, I can understand your concerns...you and the wand were obviously drawn to each other for a reason and that reason is for you to discover, yes laser wands are very powerful and yes you do need to be careful with them...for example think of it as a knife you would hopefully never point a knife at another person[:o] and this is one thing to remember with a laser wand never point it & start waving it around anywhere as this is known to 'cut' into the aura, so always hold your laser from the pointed end if you are not actually using it.
My advise is to sit with your laser wand discover from it ... why the two of you were drawn to each other and what it is that you are meant to be doing with it. If you need any further support ... you know where to come, there are no doubt many others that may have a different opinion to me...but as we all know or are discovering thats what crystals are all about

Hi Wendy, What is your crystal wand made of, which crystal?
Please don't be scared about using it - a great idea would be to hold it in your hands for a while, and get used to its energies. Allow your intuition to guide you, there are no rights or wrongs.

Hi Stormdeva,
Firstly i want to Thankyou for your reply. I was not online yesterday so only just read this, sorry for the delay.
I was drawn to this wand, and loved it - took it home and as you say sat there with it, held it and was really glad i bought it and I still am.

I am a reiki healer and wanted to buy some crstals to help my healing. Just loved this wand so i bought it with some smaller ones and a phantom crystal.
Felt ok about them all, but it was just what I read about the laser wand ie. cutting into the aura etc...
I feel, as i have never used crystals for healing it is worrying me that i might actually harm
someone as to help them.
You have helped me though in saying to hold the wand at the pointed end, would not have thought of this.
Also know this wand can cut through energetic residue but dont know how to do this?
Very grateful for you help,
Love Wendyxxx

Hello Rosi,
My wand is Quartz crystal. The reason i felt scared is that i want it to help with my healing. Read abit about it and felt i was out of my depth as I have not done a crystal healing course.
Wondered if I should wait a while or learn some more before I use this one?
Sorry for the misprint on previous message.

Hi Wendy
This is of course whilst you are not using it...when using a Laser wand the point must be in the direction it is needed. You are correct in thinking the Laser wand is a 'tool' for the advanced healer and must be used with care.
I don't want to go filling your head with 'text book' stuff about Lazer wands...as I have a totally different way of doing things with crystals ~ than that I was taught...I have found my way with them.
Might I therefore suggest that before you use your Laser wand with any of your Reiki clients you pay much attention to what it is telling you, it doesn't matter how long this takes ... it is so that when you come to use it you are using it with confidence...
A Laser wand could easily be used with Reiki provided you know how and why it is being used...I am happy to help guide you with this, step by step as you find your way with it ~ if you wish.
It is important here to say (for the benefit of others that may be reading) that a Laser Wand and a Wand are two very different tools, not only in shape etc; but in the way in which they are used.
Many blessings

Hi Stormdeva
Very interesting thread.
Perhaps you would be kind enough to explain the difference to us? Please.

There is another 'Lazer Wand'... - at least I have seen them called that on occasion; the 'Lazer Quartz' crystals... These are a natural (not cut and polished by man) often slender and can be quite long single crystals with a point at one end only. They are always 'tapered' - and therefore they graduate from a certain thickness at their base to a thinner thickness at their point end... This is in contrast to the 'ordinary' Quartz points - which are usually the same thickness throughout their length...
They are often marketed as though they only come from exotic locations such as the Himalayas and Tibet - but this isn't strictly true - they also come from Brazil too.
Just thought I'd add that.

Hi Stormdeva,
Sorry, I have not explained this too good. I have got the crystals to help with my healing but first wish to use them on myself and partner until i get use to there energies. As with holding the wand i mean at home...I have shown my partner it but was pointing it at the wall not at him and telling him to do the same when he wanted to hold. This is how you have helped me already, as i would not have held it at the point.
I am sure my confidence will grow over time...and know I will use it. I feel better about it already and would apprieciate any help from you.
Can see you really know your stuff and feel I would learn a lot from you.
Thanks again, love Wendyxx
