Question:
Hi everyone,
Just wondered what all your thoughts were on the time gap between Reiki levels. I think that the gap is dependent on the person and how far they are along their higher path already. Someone who is already very far along their path can become a Master within a matter of months or even a few weeks. Where as, someone else may never be ready to be a Reiki Master their whole life. What are your thoughts?
I would agree with your points, Globe. It does depend on personal development in many cases, although as a general rule of thumb I wouldn't attune anyone faster than 3 months between 1 & 2 and considerably longer between 2 & 3. I've seen people who are terrific healers at level one and who never need to go any further, while some reach Master and are not what I'd - IMHO - term a good healer! ;)
Personally, I was a slow developer... took me about three years between 1 & 2, then another four years before I considered level 3. It really is down to the individual's needs.
