Question:
hi all was wondering to those of yo who bottle up your oils and such......do you print up the lasbels on your puter or get a proff to do it|??? im just finding the labels on my 10 ml bottles are massive..........and im still struggeling to get all the info on!!!!!
My sister prints off labels with just my name and phone number - I write the details of the oils myself. I was always trained just to put which oils are in the blend and not how much, although I keep a separate detailed list of oil blends made for clients in a file elsewhere.
Lesley
I use little Avery labels that have 65 to a sheet. Using a size 6 font I can fit "Not for Internal Use" at the top of the label and at the bottom I put "Keep away from children and in a cool, dark place. Use within three months". Then I put my name and phone number. That gives me enough space to put the client's name and the oils in the middle. Like Lesley, I only put the oils, not the quantities. On a separate sheet of paper I give usage instructions. I also use self-adhesive plastic covers to go over the labels so they don't smudge or fall off.
Hope that helps....
