Question:
My cousin wants me to help her kids, one aged 6 for fear of flying .. there are off on a plain in July and Spencer is so scared bless him.
and Rebecca who is 3 is scared of death, anyone dying including herself. I tend to think she might outgrow this and am not to sure about it. But they flying for the 6 year old should be ok shouldn't it?

Hey, you can practice on us kids this weekend MC. :D
Nah, seriously... as long as the parent is present you can turn it into a game for the kids. The tricky bit will be putting it in their own words.

I agree, turn it into a game. Instead of asking them what they feel zero to ten as a suds level, ask them to show you how much they are frightened bith their hands. Wide apart is a lot, hands closed together like saying a prayer is nothing at all. They can all tell you using that method.
Mum and Dad can learn it too, so they can play along when its needed in real life.

Yup. You can also use toy planes with little people going in them. Kids also hate the ear (pressure) thing, so something about swallowing when the ears need to be tickled can help.
Darn I'd get strung up if I got my Neils and Gileses mixed up!!
Mummy and daddy love me is a nice one too..
Well I went and tried to help Spencer. I was asking him why he was scared and he said that it was because he had been in a plane crash. I know he hasn't been in one in this life so could this be a trauma from a past life and if so who can I work on that?
Cheers
