A good points against colds are Large Intestine 4 and Tripple Heater 5.
PMT? Spleen 6 (if you manage to stand it!!! Usually best NOT pressed while PMT is in full blast), Liver 3 (may well make you jump too!)...

There is no one single PMT point! But I'm guessing you are referring to Liver 3 on the foot?
If so, here's how you find it:
Between the 1st and 2nd metatarsals (the bones that go on to your big toe and second toe)
The point is about 1½-2 fingerwidths from the web of the big toe. There is a soft dip here. Stick you thumb in a give it a good press.
Another useful point is Gallbladder 34. This is on the outside of your leg, just below and forward from the head of the fibula (the boney knobby bit down from your knee on the outside of your leg).
Sorry if I'm teaching granny to suck eggs!

HI Aragorn,
Thanks for posting the anatomical descriptions.
Of course PMT, like anything else, wil depend on a whole lot of factors.

Thanks guys, i will give these a whirl, im sure its hormonal and am under investigation at the hospital, just looking for a bit of help in the meantime xx
Hi Wroufy
If you're looking for a bit of help in the meantime, I couldn't recommend anything better than a shiatsu treatment as you are approaching your period.
You'll get these points accurately stimulated in just the right way to help you through.
Aragorn:)
Thanks aragorn,
Will give it a try, stuck in the house in the meantime with a sore throat and cough, never mind eh?! lol xxxxxxxxxxxxx
