Hi guys,
I did my la stone training in january - i bought the la stone kits as well. I already had an ellinsons set - but the stones are sooooo diffreent! I am glad I did the La Stone course - it was excellent.
Anyone got any tips for integrating the stones in with reflexology? I am doing Reiki with the stone placements, thats interesting! Its called castle building (for the stones)
Its also important touse cold ones as well.
