What a wonderful therapy.
I started a course yesterday. Usual scenario - A&P of the lymphatic system in the morning then running through the start of the routine and hands on in the afternoon.
Strangely enough I leapt on my colleagues clavicle - only to be told that I had got to get out of the habit of wanting to work deeply. This is a very gentle technique.
When it came to my turn I could feel my sinuses draining away and as for the slight tooth ache - well its gone. How blue were my eyes at the end! lol
I can't wait to learn the rest of the routine, but first I need to master the neck & face. Thank goodness for videos - lol

Yes it takes a little while to adjust to MLD techniques and resist the urge to go in :-)

How come everybody is doing such great courses ???!
Where do you find out about them, and is there any chance that any of them have creches???
