Question:
Please can anyone help me with the differences between using oil and cream for massage and which one is best?
Many thanks.:)
Hey kml,
Firstly, welcome to our page. :)
Which one is best, that is very much a personal choice. Whichever you feel happier working with, and whichever your client prefers. Some work is more suited to oils, some to creams. Some people often prefer to use creams as they may not leave the skin feeling so oily and don't spill.

Also you might find that your client has a certain skin type or condition that would benefit from using a cream rather than an oil (or maybe they may even need talcum powder).
Personally I prefer oil, but play around and see the differences.

I tend to use oil on the body and cream or lotion on the face.

Many thanks.:)
